Privacy

A studio whose flagship product sells privacy should be able to say plainly what its own website does. This is that.

What this site collects

Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no embedded social widgets, and no advertising. Nothing on any page identifies you or follows you between pages.

Two things load from outside this site: the typefaces come from Google Fonts, and the App Store link on the LegacyMGMT page goes to Apple. Loading a font means your browser contacts Google’s servers, which means Google sees your IP address, the same as on any site using their fonts. We receive nothing from that.

Cloudflare serves this site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse prevention. We do not query those logs to build any picture of individual visitors.

If you email us

Every call to action here is an email link, so the only information we hold about you is the information you chose to put in a message.

We use it to answer you and to carry on that conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for anything you did not write to us about. Email sits in an ordinary mailbox and is kept as long as the conversation is useful. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Caddie

Caddie is a proof of concept. It is not available to the public, it is not in classroom use, and it holds no real student work. When that changes, it will have a privacy notice of its own describing how student data is handled, and it will be far longer than this one.

The published example of student writing on this site is invented. No real student wrote it and no real person is described in it.

Children

This site is aimed at faculty, investors, and prospective colleagues. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

If this notice changes, the change will appear here. There is no version history worth keeping yet; when there is, it will be kept.
